Anyhoo now that song is safely in your head for the next 24 hours – it makes sense doesn’t it?
We FEEL things.
We are emotional creatures us humans yes? Ok, some people act like robots but I am talking about the majority here. (Especially women)
We do things by how we FEEL. And sometimes we forget that.
We try to logic that ‘feeling’ into something else. Ever done this? I know I have countless times!
So why do we do it?
We have forgotten.
We have forgotten what it is to trust ourselves and our guts. Or our hearts.
We have forgotten to trust. We have forgotten that we know shit.
You have forgotten.
But its ok, because you can remember.
Its in those times where we ‘miss’ something because we are so busy, rushing, focusing on something or someone else. Those moments that the wrong thing is said or done because we are worried what someone will think.
Come back to you.
Come back to the simple things. Breathe. Breathe. And breathe some more. Your body needs oxygen more than water but you don’t breathe enough.
Take 10 secs to breathe, take a moment and then speak/do/go.
