Click on the pics for the challenges you want to do. Remember you can do any whenever you like. For example…you don’t have to be a bride to do the Bridal Boot Camp… Some are short and some are 12 weeks long. They all have a mixture of audios/videos/downloadables/instructions.

The only challenge with a food section is the Bridal Boot Camp one. This has 12 weeks worth of food and recipes with shopping lists. It can be used at any time.

For any 1:1 coaching – again you are best to watch the Facebook Page or check your emails. These will be released when time permits. Please contact Emma if you have any questions. :)
