Move daily for 20mins per day x 5 days.

Examples – walking, swimming, jogging, skipping, jumping, fitness class, cycling, dancing and more – ANYTHING!

Yes I mention ‘Tuesday’ on the program – its because when we ran this live, we started Get Fit Spring on a Tuesday as I was trying to move people away from the ‘Monday’ thing. So I suggest that you do the same :)
